Cost of living is voters' top concern before 7 November election

63% of New Zealanders rank cost of living as their top concern ahead of the 7 November general election, according to RNZ reporting. Housing, food and fuel are the main pressures. Unemployment ranked second at 21%. Ipsos polling has listed cost of living as the top issue since February 2022.
