Amy Helm countersues Levon Helm Studios over control of Woodstock venue

Amy Helm countersued Levon Helm Studios on 16 October in state Supreme Court, alleging manager Brian Parillo used invalid corporate actions to seize the Woodstock venue. The filing, reported by Pitchfork, says Parillo claimed 60% voting control and named himself director, president, secretary and treasurer. Helm owns 40% of the company.
