Collingwood AFLW captain Ruby Schleicher to leave for Western Australia

Collingwood AFLW captain Ruby Schleicher will leave at season's end to return to Western Australia, the club confirmed. The 28-year-old has played 82 games across nine seasons. A two-time All-Australian, she took over from Bri Davey in 2025 and kicked 10 goals as a forward this season before a season-ending shoulder injury in Round 9.
