Amazon Refiles Suit After Court Lets Perplexity Shopping Agent Return

Amazon banned Perplexity's AI shopping assistant and sued the company, saying it repeatedly asked it to stop sending automated shoppers to Amazon. A judge ordered Perplexity to stop, but an appeals court reversed the order in August. Amazon has since filed an updated complaint in Amazon.com Services LLC v. Perplexity AI Inc.
