UK chancellor backs Heathrow third runway, diverging from prime minister
Chancellor John Healey has made a pro-growth case for a third runway at London's Heathrow airport, splitting from Prime Minister Andy Burnham, who has declined to back it. Healey said airports have driven jobs and growth, calling growth the government's 'number one mission.' Burnham has said the decision should be 'a matter for London and Londoners.'
