Fox and Roku shareholders approve $22 billion takeover

Fox Corp. and Roku shareholders voted in favour of Fox's $22 billion acquisition of Roku at separate special meetings on 14 October, Variety reported. Variety reported final tallies will come in regulatory filings, with completion still subject to Justice Department and other regulatory clearance.
