Skydance shares fell 25.4% to $6.78 as of 11 a.m. ET on 14 October in first trading after 471 million warrants landed in investor accounts, Variety reported. Each warrant, meaning a right to buy one share later, allows purchase at $12; market capitalisation is about $34 billion, Variety reported.
