Square Launches 21.5-Inch Kiosk With AI Voice Ordering for Counters

Square launched Square Kiosk on Oct. 14, 2026 for counter-service operations. The terminal combines a 21.5-inch touchscreen, roughly desktop-monitor size, with conversational AI, software that handles spoken orders. Payment is completed on the unit by contactless tap of a card or phone, or by card slot.
