Dolly Parton's nephew seeks end to estate restraining order
Bryan Seaver urged a Nashville judge on Oct. 13 to dissolve a restraining order obtained by Dolly Parton's estate, saying he never made serious threats of violence. Seaver, Parton's nephew and former security head, was restrained after the estate flagged allegedly violent messages sent after her August death at 80, Billboard reported. A hearing is set for Oct. 20.
