Manchester City found guilty on most of 115 financial charges

An independent commission found Manchester City guilty on most of 115 Premier League charges. It ruled the club broke spending rules from 2009 to 2018, funnelling more than £830m through sham commercial deals. City insist they are innocent and have appealed. Sanctions could include a points deduction or expulsion.
