Informa launches Taylor & Francis separation, outcome due March 2027

Informa has launched a separation process for Taylor & Francis, its Academic business, reviewing all options to support future growth and development. It plans to report outcomes alongside 2026 full-year results in March 2027. The group plans to focus on core B2B, meaning business-to-business, operations after separation, Informa said.
