According to Deadline, Toluca Pictures has signed a multi-year extension of its exclusive overall deal, meaning MGM funds development for first rights to projects, with MGM Television. Deadline reports its separate first-look with Amazon MGM Studios, meaning first refusal on ideas, now covers films and documentaries. The pact keeps Stark's company inside Amazon MGM.
