Beirut book fair organisers agree to alternate future editions

The Arab Cultural Club and the Lebanese Publishers' Association have agreed to organise future editions of the Beirut Arab International Book Fair in alternating years. The Club has run the fair since its 1956 founding. The 67th edition, open 9–18 October at Seaside Arena, is jointly staged with the publishers and the Institut français / Francophone fair.
