Regulator will wait for Man City appeal before deciding

The Independent Football Regulator will make no decision on Manchester City until the club's appeal is complete. Chair David Kogan said it has to "go on the evidence", according to BBC Sport. City described an independent commission's guilty finding as "unsafe" and are appealing.
