Paramount Skydance Plans One Service for Paramount+ and HBO Max

Paramount Skydance plans to merge Paramount+ and HBO Max into one streaming service after completing its $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery on Oct. 6. The merged service is planned, not yet launched, with no product change in place.
