Skydance Plans to Merge Paramount+ and HBO Max Into One Service

Paramount Skydance intends to combine Paramount+ and HBO Max into a single streaming service, following its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery completed Oct. 6. The combination remains a stated intention, not a completed product change.
