AFL orders Sportsbet to remove AI-generated player videos

The AFL told official betting partner Sportsbet to stop posting AI-generated social media videos featuring players without permission and delete the clips. The AFL Players' Association said the videos breached image-use rules. Sportsbet said it listens to partners' feedback. The age-restricted clips were removed from Instagram on 13 October.
