ESA asks USTR to classify ANBERNIC as "superfake"

The Entertainment Software Association asked the Office of the United States Trade Representative to classify handheld brand ANBERNIC as a "superfake". The term covers high-quality counterfeits, the focus of the 2026 Notorious Markets List review. The annual USTR list names markets accused of piracy and counterfeiting.
