FIFA's $4 Million Trump Tower Lease, Mostly Unused

FIFA signed a seven-plus-year, roughly $4 million lease for office space in Manhattan's Trump Tower, the New York Times reported Oct. 13. The Times described the office as mostly empty, with no plan to fully staff it. FIFA said it is paying standard market rent and will use the space during the World Cup.
