Why Soccer's Governing Body Rented Space in Trump Tower
FIFA, which runs world soccer, rented office space in Manhattan's Trump Tower for over seven years at about $4 million, the New York Times reported Oct. 13. The paper says the office sits mostly empty with no plan to fully staff it. FIFA says the rent is a normal price and it will use the space for the World Cup.
