Spotify launches Spotify Technology to sell in-house engineering tools

Spotify has launched Spotify Technology to sell software built for its own engineers to outside firms, SVP of Technology and Platform Tyson Singer announced in a 7 October blog post. The brand groups Portal, Confidence, Xirp and Spotify for Backstage, with details at technology.spotify.com. Singer described it as “becoming the R&D operating system.”
