Andy Carroll says he was sexually assaulted at home in 2021

Former England striker Andy Carroll, 37, says he was sexually assaulted by a man at his home in 2021 while he was asleep. The incident happened during his second spell at Newcastle United. Carroll says he threw the man out and knocked him unconscious when he tried to return. He feared he would never fully recover.
