QGIS Merges Rule to Ban AI Contributions

QGIS prohibited AI contributions on Oct. 7, 2026, merging PR #387 in qgis/QGIS-Enhancement-Proposals into qgis:master — the main code line — adding QEP428. Opened Sept. 24 by nyalldawson, the proposal sets AI policy to strict 'NOT ALLOWED.' It arrived via two commits from branch qep_428.
