Interscope sues Summer Walker for more than $50m over missing albums

Interscope Records filed suit against Summer Walker on 9 October in Los Angeles County Superior Court, seeking more than $50 million. The complaint alleges she delivered three of five required albums — 2019’s Over It, 2021’s Still Over It and 2025’s Finally Over It — leaving two albums and an EP outstanding, with damages to be set at trial.
