Volkswagen to Cut Up to 100,000 Jobs in Historic Overhaul

Volkswagen will cut up to 100,000 jobs, CEO Oliver Blume said in Paris ahead of the motor show. He called it the company’s largest restructuring — a major shake-up of how it operates — in its history. The group will also halve its global lineup, from 150 models to 75, across brands including Audi and Skoda.
