Volkswagen plans to cut as many as 100,000 jobs

Volkswagen has launched a plan to cut as many as 100,000 jobs, boss Oliver Blume said in Paris before the motor show. He described it as the largest transformation programme in its history. The group also plans to cut its worldwide model offering from 150 to 75 across brands including Audi and Skoda.
