ICE vehicle struck man during Texas foot pursuit

An ICE immigration agent hit Miguel Parra-Hernandez with a government vehicle Oct. 10 in northwest Harris County, Texas, during a foot chase, breaking his leg and sending him to hospital. Surveillance video captured the chase and impact, the Guardian reported. ICE says Parra-Hernandez ran in front of the vehicle and is stable.
