ICE agent struck man with vehicle in Texas pursuit, breaking his leg

An ICE agent struck Miguel Parra-Hernandez with a federal vehicle on Oct. 10 in northwest Harris County, Texas, during a foot pursuit, breaking his leg and hospitalizing him. Surveillance footage showed the chase and impact, the Guardian reported. ICE said Parra-Hernandez ran in front of the vehicle and was in stable condition.
