U.S. Disables Panama-Registered Ship for Breaking Iran Blockade

U.S. forces disabled the cargo ship Ocean Molica in the Gulf of Oman on Saturday, CENTCOM said. The Panama-registered vessel ignored warnings while trying to pass the blockade around Iran, so a fighter jet hit its rear and stopped its engines. No crew were hurt. It had left an Iranian port, leaving its operators facing competing U.S. and Iranian claims.
