Mother Seeks Maximum Sentence After Conviction in Mexico Surfers' Murders

Debra Robinson asked a Mexican court for the maximum sentence for three Mexican men convicted of murdering her sons, Australian brothers Jake and Callum Robinson, and American Carter Rhoad on a 2024 surf trip. "No sentence can bring Callum and Jake back," she said in her formal victim statement, "accountability matters."
