Mother Asks for Longest Jail Time After Sons Killed on Mexico Surf Trip

Debra Robinson asked a court in Mexico to give the longest jail time allowed to three Mexican men found guilty of killing her sons, Australian brothers Jake and Callum Robinson, and American Carter Rhoad during a 2024 surfing trip. "No sentence can bring Callum and Jake back," she told the court, "accountability matters."
