NZ First promises minimum wage rises of at least inflation for three years

Winston Peters told a public meeting in Invercargill that NZ First would raise the minimum wage by at least inflation — the rise in living costs — each year for three years if it returns to government, RNZ reported. The last rise was below inflation. ACT wants to freeze the wage for three years.
