Trump Sets Nov. 5 Hearing in Inquiry Into Fed Governor Cook

President Donald Trump has created a Committee of Inquiry into Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook over alleged false statements. The White House says it will examine mortgage-fraud claims about properties she listed as her primary residence. An in-person hearing is set at the White House for Nov. 5, 2026.
