Westminster student proposes server-heated greenhouses for year-round peppers

Ava Macgregor, a Master of Architecture student at the University of Westminster in London, has proposed The Pepper Exchange, using waste heat from liquid-cooled servers to run high-tech greenhouses for year-round sweet peppers. The proposal is on show at Festival of the Future 2026 at the Royal College of Art in Battersea, London, on 9-10 October, Dezeen School Shows reported.
