NZ First wants to ban fireworks at home

New Zealand First says it wants to ban fireworks at home and will raise it when parties negotiate to form a government after the 7 November election. The party said it has already written the law to stop shops selling fireworks and people using them at home. Big public shows run by experts could still go ahead.
