Judge Keeps White House Open to CNN, MS Now, Politico Until Tuesday

CNN, MS Now and Politico reporters can keep entering the White House until at least Tuesday. Judge Timothy J. Kelly said Oct. 8 he is extending his Sept. 24 restraining order — a short-term order blocking the ban. The Trump-appointed judge plans to rule then on a longer preliminary injunction while the lawsuit continues.
