Judge extends White House access for CNN, MS Now and Politico until Tuesday

U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly said Oct. 8 he will keep a Sept. 24 restraining order in place until at least Tuesday, requiring the White House to admit CNN, MS Now and Politico journalists. The Trump-appointed judge expects to rule then on a longer preliminary injunction while the outlets' lawsuit over the ban proceeds.
