Live Nation prices $730m and €600m bonds due 2032

Live Nation Entertainment priced $730 million of 7.125% dollar notes and €600 million of 6.125% euro notes due in 2032, Music Business Worldwide reported. Both tranches will be issued at 100% of face value. The offering, announced October 7, is scheduled to close October 15, subject to closing conditions.
