NZDF warned of Five Eyes cut-off without Arcadia sign-up

Newly released briefings show Brigadier E J Harrop warned in April that New Zealand would be effectively cut off from future Five Eyes information sharing if it did not join Project Arcadia. RNZ reports New Zealand signed up in May. Arcadia is the US-announced computer network linking Five Eyes militaries.
