NZDF warned NZ risked Five Eyes cut-off without Arcadia sign-up

Newly released briefings show Brigadier E J Harrop warned in April that New Zealand would be “effectively cut off from future FVEY information exchanges” if it did not join Project Arcadia. New Zealand signed up in May, according to RNZ. Arcadia is the US-announced digital backbone linking Five Eyes militaries.
