Baxter says Wales forward James is maturing fast

Exeter boss Rob Baxter says Wales back-row Kane James, 21, is maturing fast after starting both Premiership games this season. Baxter said James is improving at a nice rate and having good impact, BBC Sport reported 8 October. James broke into the Chiefs squad last season after switching from England Under-20s to Wales.
