Procrastination Harms US Student Work More Than ADHD, Anxiety

Nearly half of over 65,000 US students said putting off work hurt their studies, ranking it above ADHD — difficulty focusing — anxiety, and money worries, reports a PLOS One study by Cambridge-affiliated lecturer Itamar Shatz. More than twice as many named procrastination as named depression. I see the scale as reason to test practical help with planning and deadlines.
