
Procrastination outranks ADHD, anxiety in harm to US student work
Nearly half of more than 65,000 US students said procrastination damaged their academic work, ranking it above ADHD, anxiety and financial worries, according to a PLOS One study by University of Cambridge affiliated lecturer Itamar Shatz. More than twice as many cited procrastination as cited depression. I see the scale as reason to test practical help with planning and deadlines.
