Airtel Money sets £1.96 IPO price, $7 billion value

Airtel Money set its London stock market debut price at £1.96 a share, Reuters reported. Selling 270 million shares raises about $703 million and values the whole business at $7 billion — about £5.3 billion, per Business Insider Africa. An IPO is a first sale of shares to the public; valuation is what those shares say the company is worth.
