Rivian R2 Gets Lock-Screen Pet Cam With 2026.36 Update

Rivian's 2026.36 software update adds Pet Cam for R2 owners. It streams the high-definition cabin camera to the Rivian app and phone lock screen. Drivers can pick a continuous live feed or snapshots updated every few seconds to save data. It works alongside Pet Comfort Mode, which keeps climate control on.
