Rangers captain Shankland targets January return after hamstring surgery

Rangers captain Lawrence Shankland says he hopes to return in January after surgery on a torn hamstring. The 31-year-old forward says the injury is healing well. He has missed the past three games and is projected to return early in 2027, well before the end of the season.
