Okinawa Governor Presses Prime Minister After Marine Arrest in Killing

Okinawa Gov. Genta Koja met Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi in Tokyo on October 7 to convey outrage over the arrest of U.S. Marine Devin Jacob Ballard, 20, suspected of strangling Anna Yagi, 39, in a hotel and stealing her wallet and backpack. Takaichi called it a 'heinous crime' and said she shared that outrage.
