Banijay Entertainment and All3Media closed their merger on 9 July 2026, the companies said. Variety valued the deal at $8 billion. The London-based group reports €7.4 billion ($8.5 billion) in annual pro forma revenue, Deadline reported. The pair describe it as the world's largest independent production company, meaning it makes shows for others rather than transmitting itself.
