Apple and LG Plan Six Smart Home Devices

Apple is reportedly working with LG on six smart-home products: a video doorbell, thermostat, indoor camera, deadbolt lock, outdoor camera and floodlight camera, Bloomberg reported Oct. 6, 2026. The LG-branded devices would reportedly work with Apple's rumored central hub and support Thread and Matter, the wireless standards behind its HomeKit reboot.
