Apple and LG Co-Developing Six-Device Smart Home Lineup

Apple is reportedly co-developing six smart-home devices with LG, including video doorbell, thermostat, indoor camera, deadbolt lock, outdoor camera and floodlight camera, Bloomberg reported Oct. 6, 2026. The LG-branded hardware is reported to integrate with Apple's rumored hub and support Thread and Matter amid a HomeKit reboot.
